Please bring:

• Small Cutting Board

• Kitchen Knife

• Small Jar (about 16-32 oz)

• Bottle of Your favorite Apple Cider Vinegar

• Any of your favorite fire cider ingredients (we will provide garlic, onion, turmeric, jalapeno, and ginger)
